All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping*: Orders typically ship within 1-7 business days of purchase. Once you have received a shipping notification, please allow approximately 3-7 business days for domestic delivery.
Expedited Shipping*: Expedited orders are shipped via USPS Priority and deliver between approximately 1-3 business days. These orders will ship within approximately 24 hours of purchase.
*Please note that these timeframes are projections provided from Shipping Carriers and are to be used as guidelines only. Shipping carriers are still seeing continued transit delays due to Covid-19. Please understand that while Silver Lining Stuffies makes every effort to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner, these delays are unfortunately out of our hands.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories included.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You may also contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. If your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.
Refunds, Returns, + Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
